# Work with the AI Coworker

> Ask questions, reference records, and review actions.

## Give a concrete request

Open the Coworker on the page where you need help. Describe a specific outcome, such as: “Summarize this unit's documents and identify open questions.”

Use **@** to reference a record or document. Use **/** to select available capabilities or templates. Templates fill an editable request; review it before sending.

## Review results

Open the displayed sources, record cards, and work steps. Check figures and conclusions against the underlying documents. For longer tasks, the Coworker shows work in progress; wait for the result.

## Approve actions

Review approval cards before outward-facing or difficult-to-reverse actions. Check recipients, content, and affected records. Answer clarification requests when information is missing.

The Coworker acts with your permissions and object assignments. Referencing a record grants no additional access. If a required capability is unavailable, perform that step through the relevant product area.
