# Manage projects

> Organize buildings and their units.

A project groups a building's units, shared details, and documents.

## Create a project

1. Open **Projects** and choose the create action.
2. Enter its name and address. Add the available provider and description details.
3. Save the project and open its detail view.
4. Add units manually or through an import.

## Maintain inventory

The project list provides search, filters, and inventory actions. The detail view contains the project's units, images, and documents. Put shared documents on the project and unit-specific documents on the relevant unit.

Publication is controlled at unit level. A project can therefore contain both online and offline units. When publishing several units together, review the selection and the online inventory allowance in your plan.

## Archive projects

Check the archive view if an expected project is absent from the active list. Before deleting a project, review the affected units and relationships.
