# Units and property inventory

> Manage property details, visibility, status, and views.

## Edit a unit

Open **Properties** or select a unit within a project. Review its address, living area, rooms, purchase price, and rent. Add relevant energy, condition, and financing details.

Apartment numbers and location labels serve different purposes. Use the apartment number for its number and the location fields for floor and position. Check this mapping carefully after imports.

## Choose visibility

* **Offline:** The unit is not yet intended for online publication.
* **Pending review:** Publication is awaiting review.
* **Online:** The unit is released to the applicable sales surfaces. Access permissions still apply.

Sales status progresses from **Available** and **On request** through **Reserved**, **Notary preparation**, and **Notary appointment** to **Sold**. Manage the buyer-related process through a reservation.

## Explore inventory

Use the available table, map, or card views, filters, favorites, and property comparison. Status history helps explain changes. If a property is missing, check filters, archives, and sharing.
