# Quickstart

> Set up your workspace and prepare your first unit.

## Before you start

You need an invitation to an organization or your own workspace. Use the invited email address when accepting an invitation. Sign in with the code sent by email and select the correct organization.

## Prepare your workspace

1. Check the organization name and branding in **Settings**.
2. Invite colleagues under **Team** with appropriate roles. Check their object access as well.
3. Open **Projects** and create a project with a name and address.
4. Add a unit or start an [import](/en/platform/imports).
5. Review price, area, rent, images, and documents on the unit. Set its visibility to **Online** after reviewing it.
6. Create a customer and share the relevant units. Review the customer preview before inviting them.

## Check the result

Reopen the unit and confirm its saved details. If an action is missing, ask your administrator to check your role, assignments, and module availability. A portal customer sees only the units assigned to them.
