- The rounded, inset workspace and new sidebar match the application’s visual style. The sidebar groups properties and communication into separate areas. Its menu shows the relevant pages and remembers the last page visited in each area during use. Search and settings remain directly accessible. Saved units now appear as compact shortcuts with a thumbnail, unit, and price above the property list instead of in the sidebar. Search and filters also apply to favorites; the favorites filter shows only saved units. The collapsed or expanded menu state is preserved across reloads. On mobile, navigation opens as a side drawer. Ctrl/Cmd+K opens only search, including in Chat; use Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+K for a new direct message.
- Notifications now open in a side panel grouped into Today, Yesterday, and Older. Settings and “Mark all as read” are available at the top. The panel fills the screen on mobile; Coworker and notifications open one at a time.
- The account menu is more compact, with lighter typography, consistent icons, and the same shared menu spacing used throughout the workspace.

- Team member assignments show online projects by default. Switch between Online and Offline to find older projects and units. Addresses and readable unit labels help distinguish them, and existing assignments remain selected when switching views.

- Building documents that mention several apartments no longer automatically create every unit in the building when importing one apartment. Clear apartment numbers from source labels are preserved.
- When documents for one apartment produce several possible units, the import shows every candidate for review. The project can be created only after exactly one apartment is selected.
- Empty units and location-only entries are removed from single-apartment imports when exactly one populated apartment remains. Previously analyzed imports show the corrected selection without another analysis.
- When importing one apartment, management account numbers are not treated as additional apartments. Agreement across documents restores the apartment number; a clear floor plan resolves conflicting areas.

- All uploaded files are retained. Clearly named floor plans and valuations are assigned to the matching unit; when numbering conflicts, uncertain documents and legal data remain at project level for review.
- Upload and analysis now show progress early and clearly. Non-standard labels in source files no longer abort the import; values requiring review remain visibly unresolved.

- Upload videos or add YouTube, Vimeo and Matterport links to property galleries. Thumbnails show available videos; the player opens only after a click.
- Manage documents, images and videos under project and unit documents. Choose local files, File Cloud files or video links, then set their destination and visibility. Gallery placement is explicitly selected.
- Sort images and videos using the drag handle and retain their order in the property preview. Manage selected media through the action bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Select multiple images and videos with Shift-click or the keyboard and edit them together. Unit media can also be moved to its related project.

- When calculation editing is enabled, customers can adjust their tax rate or taxable income in the tax section. Calculations remain read-only without editing permission.
