Customer management brings together contact details, status, invitations, and sharing. Advanced CRM features appear when enabled.

Create a contact

  1. Open the customer or contact list.
  2. Enter the name, email address, and required contact details.
  3. Check existing matches before creating another person.
  4. Add ownership, notes, and relevant relationships.
Open a contact to work with activities, tasks, linked properties, and processes in context. Manage companies in their CRM area and link them to contacts.

Import and duplicates

Customer imports and duplicate handling are available with the advanced CRM. Review field mappings during import. For duplicates, compare both records before confirming a merge. A contact record is not yet an active portal account. Check invitation status and assigned units separately. Keep communication preferences and consent current before enrolling contacts in campaigns or sequences. For a specific sales process, use leads and opportunities.
