Problem	Check first
Missing menu item	Organization, module enablement, and role permissions.
Missing individual property	Filters, archive, visibility, and specific object assignment.
Customer sees too much or too little	Customer preview and assigned units, not only the CRM project relationship.
Upload rejected	Displayed file format, size, and available storage.
Import waiting	Import overview and pending review.
Unexpected calculation	Price, rent, expenses, financing, and defaults.
Missing email	Connection, recipient, delivery state, and consent.
Workflow not running	Published version, activation, trigger, and run history.
API error	Error code and request ID.

Before retrying

Check whether the action already succeeded. This is particularly important for imports, messages, and record creation. An interrupted screen does not prove that nothing was saved.

Ask for help

Record the page, time, action, and error message. Explain what you expected. Never include credentials or secret tokens. Choose a help channel.
