CRM reports require the corresponding CRM features and read permissions.
Choose the right metric
Reports separate open pipeline, forecast, outcomes, and activities. Pipeline value describes open business. A weighted value accounts for close probability; it is not realized revenue.
Select a pipeline to inspect its stages. Use the available date fields to choose the reporting period for outcomes and activities. Check the scope shown in each report before comparing values.
Open the underlying record list offered by a metric. Review values, stages, expected close dates, and outcome reasons on the source opportunities.
Operational reports include overdue tasks, task coverage, and ticket workload. An opportunity without an open task can be a useful starting point for follow-up.
Empty or unexpected results
Check the period, pipeline, filters, and permissions. Refresh after changes. Missing close dates or incomplete values can reduce the usefulness of a forecast.
