Modules and availability - Dealpipe

Organizations do not all use the same modules. This documentation also describes features that appear only after enablement.

Area	Requirement
Projects, units, customers, and reservations	Appropriate role permissions and, where applicable, object assignments.
Advanced CRM	CRM enablement; leads, opportunities, and campaigns can require additional enablement.
Email, meeting booking, calling, and conversation review	Communication modules and configured providers; calling and conversation review are separately available.
AI Coworker	An available AI module and the corresponding access setup.
Financing and portfolio	An enabled optional module and appropriate permissions.
Partner network, chat, tickets, and academy	An available module and appropriate role permissions.

First check the selected organization. Then ask your administrator about module availability and your permissions. For individual missing properties, also check assignments. A direct link does not enable a feature. API tokens and the AI Coworker do not replace the permissions required to use it.
