A saved draft change is not automatically part of the published version. Before starting a manual run, review the affected records. A generated task can hold a workflow until completion when the step is configured that way.
Open run history and check the version, status, and step results. Review failed steps before restarting so that completed actions are not repeated unintentionally.Pause a workflow when it should stop receiving new triggers. Archiving and deletion are separate actions.
